The Buyer has the option of requesting a shipping quote from the intOndo team, who will process the request and send the Buyer a shipping quote to the address provided.
In this case, the Buyer has not yet completed the purchase, has expressed an interest in an item, and the Seller is notified by notification and email of this interest. The Seller has the opportunity to stimulate the Buyer who requested the listing by contacting him/her to make himself/herself available to provide further information or possibly a discount. In the case of a quotation request, we ask the Seller to consider the item reserved for a period of 3 days, in order to allow a few days for the Buyer to evaluate the cost of shipping and if necessary proceed with the purchase.
