Any customer is welcome to make a request for a shipping quote at a given address, we will follow up with a customized shipping quotation. At this stage the customer has not yet completed the purchase, and has only expressed an interest.
You will be contacted by the logistics department to discuss packaging dimensions or technical details. For example, whether the product can be disassembled or how to pack a fragile item. You can also contact us yourself at shipping@intondo.com.
At the same time you will also get in your inbox an email with the customer contact. Use it to provide further information about the product or to offer your best price.
At the time of the shipping quote request the product is not yet sold, yet we kindly ask that you keep it on hold for 3 days to allow the customer the time to evaluate shipping cost and possibly proceed with the purchase.
