- Do I necessarily need a VAT number to sell?
- Professional Sellers who apply their own tax regime can sell on intOndo, in case they want to sell as individuals they can enter a "." or a "-" in the fields dedicated to companies.
- Can I edit the form once it is online?
- You always have the option to edit your listing: you can insert additional images or videos, expand the description, or add details. Changes to the title will result in the item being returned for review.
- Can I enter a different or discounted price once the card is online?
- Yes, you can enter a different price or discount even after the item is online but not while it is being negotiated.
- What do the icons below my items mean?
- The icon with the eye indicates the number of views, the icon with the sheet indicates the location of the object on the New page. The arrow icon links to the social section for sharing.
- What are the Quotations?
- A customer can request a shipping quote from intOndo: the Seller is notified of the activity and can write to the customer to make himself available to provide photos, information, and similar.
- What happens if I sell my item outside of intOndo?
- Simply select the Sold option under the item, it will show as Sold and after 30 days will be removed from your catalog. We always recommend adding new items in order to keep the store rich and up-to-date.
- I am unable to pack the item I sold, what can I do?
- As a seller you are required to pack the item with standard packaging, you can still write to shipping@intondo.com for advice and suggestions -we will be happy to help you manage your sale.
- How long does it take to get an item online after I send it in for review?
- The average posting time is 5 working days, during holiday periods the time may be slightly longer. We always try to catch up within a few days and apologize for any inconvenience.
