In order to view the product in person a customer has first to purchase the item through intOndo while selecting the pickup option. If during pickup the item does not meet the customer’s expectations, he or she may not pick it up and intOndo will refund 100% of the item's value.
As an alternative we suggest using the “Write to the seller” button to request more specifics on the item’s conditions. Sellers may be able to upload a detailed video of the product as well.
Viewing of the product without making the purchase first or sharing your personal contacts with the seller is not allowed. Please note that such behavior will endanger the sustainability of intOndo.
