Our customers have 14 days from delivery date of the object to make a return request: any return will be paid by the Buyer, assuming that the Seller and/or the shipper has delivered the object in good condition.
The best way to avoid returns is to describe the object as best as possible and avoid any surprise for the Buyer. If intOndo decides that the listing was not complete or otherwise inadequate, the Seller will be charged for shipping and return costs.
The reasons for the return can therefore be:
- damaged or broken object: you are responsible and will not be paid if the object was sent by you
- object not conforming to the description: intOndo evaluates the non-conformity on the basis of photos, videos, etc... In case of non-conformity, the customer will be refunded the price of the item and the shipping costs, which will be charged to the seller.
dissatisfaction: the buyer has 14 days from delivery to request the return of the item if they are dissatisfied with the purchase. The return shipping costs are at his expense.
