Our customers have 14 days from delivery date of the object to make a return request: any return will be paid by the Buyer, assuming that the Seller and/or the shipper has delivered the object in good condition.
The reasons for the return can therefore be:
- damaged or broken object: intOndo shall verify the Seller's or shipper's liability and the responsible party shall be obliged to restore the conformity of the product without charge or to reduce the price or refund the Price of the Object to the Buyer, the shipping costs and the cost of the return.
- object not conforming to the description: intOndo evaluates the non-conformity on the basis of photos, videos, etc... In case of non-conformity, the customer will be refunded the price of the item and the shipping costs, which will be charged to the seller.
dissatisfaction: the buyer has 14 days from delivery to request the return of the item if they are dissatisfied with the purchase. The return shipping costs are at his expense.
