If the item arrives damaged or broken, the photos included in the item page will be examined:
- If the damage was already present and reported on the website (but not noticed by the Buyer) the Buyer is not entitled to a refund
- If the damage was not present and the seller has photos of proper packaging, the insurance company will refund the price of the item and the shipping costs
If the damage was present but not reported, the Seller shall not be paid for the damaged item and shall, if necessary, replace, repair or take back the item at its own expense.
